Should you wish to return anything bought from us, you may return and get refund conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with this Return Policy (“policy”) including additional terms, conditions and policies of this website.

01. GROUND OF RETURN

We give our best effort to ensure that the product(s) you ordered online meets your expectations, but occasionally orders may reach you in a manner that is not anticipated. We will rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase. Any product would qualify under the return offer if it meets any of the following condition(s):

Products with major quality defects.

o Products damaged during shipment.

o Wrong product, size or color.

o Product lost in shipment.

02. RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We allow our customers to return the eligible products within 15 days of receipt date of purchased product. In the event the order has to be returned you’ll be required to send us mail immediately regarding your order details and explaining the reasons as to why the products need to be returned.

Items that you want to return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. Items that are opened or damaged or inadequate packaging may be denied to return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable, and it’ll be deducted from your original refund amount.

We always discourage to exchange the purchased products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

03. REFUND SYSTEM

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original

payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

04. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
